气温骤降易卒中型肾性高血压大鼠模型的改进 被引量:1

Improvement of the stroke-prone renovascular hypertensive rat model

摘要 目的改进易卒中型肾性高血压大鼠的造模方法。方法以体表定位的方法寻找双肾动脉,复制易卒中型肾性高血压大鼠模型(RHRSP),待大鼠血压升高到一定程度把它们放置于人工模拟气候箱中,给予骤然降温的刺激,观察脑卒中大鼠发病情况。使用SPSS 11.0统计软件,t检验计算各组大鼠血压变化差异。结果易卒中型肾性高血压大鼠模型造模成功。改进后的造模方法使大鼠血压升高快,卒中率达65%。模型组大鼠血压值稳定在205~220mm Hg;模型组与生理组、假手术组的血压值有统计学意义(P<0.05)。气温骤降的变化影响RHRSP脑梗死及脑出血发生的几率。结论采用体表定位的方法,可以减少大鼠的并发症及死亡率并且提高大鼠的脑卒中发生率。气温突变的刺激是脑血管疾病发病的一个重要诱因。 Objective To improve the stroke-prone renovascular hypertensive rat(RHRSP) model. Methods Body surface location method was used to locate double renal arteries, and RHRSP was replicated among 20 rats. After blood pressure increased, these rats were put into an artificial climate simulation box. Rats were examined after the temperature in the box abruptly decreased or increased. SPSS11.0was used in this study, and t-test was used to compare the blood pressure change. Results The improved method could increase rats' blood pressure faster, and the death rate was 65%. Rat's blood pressure was between 220 mm Hg and 230 mm Hg when temperature increasing sharply, and the blood pressure was between 205 mm Hg and 220 mm Hg when the temperature decreasing sharply. The differences between groupswerestatistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions Body surface location method could reduce complications and death rate for RHRSP model. Temperature change is an important risk factor for rat's intracerebral hemorrhage.
