健康教育路径联合视频宣教在冠心病患者中应用的效果评价 被引量:2

Application effect of the health education path in combination with video mission in patients with coronary heart disease

摘要 目的探讨健康教育路径联合视频宣教在冠心病患者中的应用效果。方法选择郑州市第七人民医院2013年1月—2015年1月收治的冠心病患者200例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(100例)和对照组(100例)。对照组在单日进行临床路径下的健康教育治疗,观察组采用健康教育路径联合视频宣教的健康教育方式,即在对照组健康教育基础上,双日进行视频宣教。观察两组患者对病情认知、自救知识的掌握以及对健康教育的理解程度;对比两组自救能力掌握情况;采用生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)评价两组患者生活质量的改善情况;观察干预前后患者心理状态变化情况;对比两组临床治疗满意度。结果观察组患者病情认知掌握率92.0%、自救知识的掌握率95.0%,对照组分别为77.0%和65.0%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组立即自救能力、半张口呼吸自救能力、马上就地休息能力的掌握率均明显高于对照组,生活质量各因子评分均明显高于对照组,健康教育后观察组SAS和SDS评分均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组满意度100.00%,对照组满意度88.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育路径联合视频宣教完善了健康教育模式,使健康教育更加有计划性、科学性、系统性,针对性更强。 Objective To study the application effect of health education path in combination with video mission in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD). Methods A total of 200 CHD patients in the7thPeople's Hospital of Zhengzhou between January 2013 and January 2015 were divided into the observation group(100 cases) and the control group(100 cases) by random number table method. The control group was given health education under the clinical pathway on odd days; the observation group was given video education on even days based on health education as the control group. Illness perception, self-help knowledge, understanding of health education, self-help ability in the two groups were observed and compared. Comprehensive assessment of quality of life questionnaire(GQOLI-74) was used to evaluate the improvement of quality of life of patients in two groups. Mental state changes and clinical satisfactions of two groups were observed. Results The illness perception and self-help knowledge in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(92.0% vs.77.0%, 95.0%vs 65.0%, all P<0.05). Compared with the control group, self-help ability and each factor score of quality of life in the observation group increased significantly(P<0.05); SAS and SDSscores discreased significantly(P<0.05). The satisfaction rate was 100.0% in the observation group and88.0% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions Health education path in combination with video mission may improve the health education mode,which make the health education more planed, scientific, systemic, targeted.
