摘要
提出了一种基于双变量直驱泵控马达容积控制的绞车型升沉补偿系统。建立双变量直驱容积控制绞车型升沉补偿系统的模型试验台,介绍其测控系统的组成和控制器的设计。利用AMESim软件建立试验台的仿真模型。通过仿真和模拟试验研究,对双变量直驱容积控制绞车型升沉补偿系统的补偿效果进行分析。仿真和试验结果表明,该型补偿系统可以实现升沉补偿的功能。证明了该绞车型补偿系统的方案是可行的,但是补偿性能还有待进一步提高。
A new kind of heave compensation winch(HCW) is presented based on direct drive volume control(DDVC). A model test bed for double variable direct drive HCW is built. The composition of its measurement and control system and the design of its controller are introduced. A simulation model for model test bed is established by the software AMESim. Through simulation and model experiment, the compensation effect of double variable direct drive volume control HCW is analyzed. The simulation and experimental results show that the presented HCW can realize the function of heave compensation. It is proved that the compensation scheme of HCW is feasible. But the compensation performance needs to be further improved.
