摘要
为了降低石油钻井实训教学成本,增强钻井实训操作的安全性,满足高职教育基于工作过程系统化的情景教学需要,研制一台小型实用的石油钻井教学钻机,该研究在国内尚属首例。在小型化研制过程中,根据学校条件和教学实际需要,对现场钻机进行科学集成,既考虑系统的可操作性,又考虑零部件的通用性,便于将来批量生产和推广,同时还兼顾特殊部件的单一性,尽可能降低生产成本。钻井教学实践表明,在技术上和经济上,该装置用于钻井实训教学都是可行的。
In order to reduce the cost of oil drilling practical teaching, enhanced security training drilling operations, teaching vocational education to meet the scenario based on the need of systematic work process, developed a small and practical teaching oil drilling rig. This is the first case in China. During the miniaturization development process, according to the favorable conditions of the school and the actual needs of teaching, considering the operability of the system, the versatility of parts, ease of production and future promotion, while also taking into account the special parts of unity to reduce production costs, the drilling rig on-site is integrated scientifically,. Drilling practice shows, technically and economically, the device used for drilling training teaching are feasible.
