摘要
使用活性金属钎料 Ag_(57)Cu_(38)Ti_5在110_3~1253K 范围内真空钎焊热压 Si_3N_4陶瓷。结果表明,在1153K 保温5min 得到最大钎焊强度490MPa。分析指出,钎焊强度与金属钎料/Si_3N_4陶瓷之间的界面反应有关,在 Si_3N_4/金属钎料之间生成一层合适厚度的 TiN 连接层可望达到最高的钎焊强度。最后,作者建议设计钎焊陶瓷的活性金属钎料的三条原则。
Hot-pressed Si_3N_4 was brazed using Ag_(57)Cu_(38)Ti_5 brazing metal from 1103K to1253 K for 5 min in vacuum.The results show that there is the highest brazingstrength of 490 MPa,brazed at 1153K for 5min;brazing strength depends on theinterface reaction between brazing metal and ceramics.The highest brazing strengthcomes from the fact that a joining layer of TiN with a suitable thickness has beenformed between Si_3N_4 ceramics and the brazing metal.From our experimental results,three rules about the design of an active brazing metal are suggested.
