摘要
本文通过 SiC 晶须对 Si_3N_4陶瓷材料的补强,发现复合材料在 SiC 晶须含量为10vol%时材料的抗折强度和断裂韧性可分别从原来的838MPa 和8.4MPam^(1/2)提高到补强后的946MPa 和9.4MPam^(1/2),复合材料的抗热震性也优于 Si_3N_4陶瓷材料.在 SiC 晶须/Si_3N_4复合材料中,晶须的拔出,晶须与基体的解离以及复合材料中的微裂纹都对复合材料的断裂韧性有贡献.
In this paper,the relationship between content of SiC whisker in Si_3N_4 matrix and me-chanical properties of the composite was investigated.When content of SiC whisker was 10vol%,flexural strength and fracture toughness of material increased from 838 MPa and 8.4MPam^(1/2) to 946 MPa and 9.4 MPam^(1/2) respectively.Thermal shock resistance of compositewas better than that of Si_3N_4 matrix.In SiC(w)/Si_3N_4,pullout of SiC whisker,debonding be-tween whisker and matrix and microcrack in composite contributed to the increase in fracturetoughness of composite.
