摘要
单光子探测器是量子保密通信的主要器件,同时也是量子通信中重要的研究课题。本文分别介绍了量子保密通信用APD单光子探测技术及其工作在无源抑制、有源抑制和门模式下的基本工作特性,分析了他们各自的优缺点及其未来的发展方向。
Single photon detector is the main component in quantum key distribution(QKD),and it is also the important research work in quantum communication. The APD single photon detectors ( SPAD) and their basic work properties working in passive quenching, active quenching and gated mode are discussed in this paper. The advantages, disadvantages and prospects of SPAD are analyzed.
