综述了我国保健啤酒的研发现状,着重介绍了保健啤酒 的生产工艺。展望了我国保健啤酒的前景,提出了入世后 的发展对策。
The present situation of R&D of healthy beer in China is summarized.The producing technology of healthy beer is introduced emphatically.The prospect of healthy.beer in China is previewed. The strategies for development of healthy beer after WTO entering are proposed.
