摘要
介绍了用MCM D技术研制的 8mm芯片集成接收机的设计方法及系统实现 .用AgilentADS软件进行了系统仿真 ,给出了接收机仿真与实测结果 ,测得接收机增益为 2 0 .2dB ,接收灵敏度为 - 92dBm ,噪声系数接近 5dB .
The design method and the system fabrication process of 8mm integrated chip receiver with MCM-D are introduced. Agilent ADS software is used to receiver system simulation. Results of ADS simulation and measured values of receiver are given as measured gain reaches 20.2dB, sensitivity reaches-92dBm and noise figure reaches 5dB, respectively.
