薯干原料柠檬酸发酵菌体浓度的测定 被引量:1

摘要 采用物料平衡的方法导出了碳平衡间接测定菌体浓度的计算公式,并用实验结果进行了验证,结果发现通过碳平衡间测定菌体浓度的计算值与实测值误差甚小,证实了碳平衡法间接测定菌种浓度的可行性,从而解决了粗料发酵生产柠檬酸过程中菌体浓度难于测定的问题,为建立柠檬酸发酵数学模型打下了基础。 The determination of mycelium concentration for the citric acid fermentation process is studied. By using material balance method, based on carbon balance, the calcu lating formula, with which we can calculate indirectly the mycelium concentration in medi- um, is given and verified wiht the results of experiment. The results show that there are very few differences betweenthe actual determining values and the calculating values of mycelium concentration determined indirectly by Carbon balance The feasibility of calcula-tion mycelium concentration indirectly by carbon balance is confirmed. And the difficulties in determining mycelium concentration in citric acid production with ctude starchy material is solved. This lays a foundation of creating mathematical models for citric acid fermenta-tion。
