摘要
描述了用气相色谱法测定海水中氯氟烃的方法。用Niskin采水器采集海水后转移玻璃注射器中储藏。30mL海水于玻璃气提器中,用吹扫捕集法将海水中氯氟烃(CFC’s)送入气相色谱柱,分离后用电子捕获检测器(ECD)检测,以外校法计算其含量。该方法快速,灵敏度高,分离效果好,适用于分析测定水体中氯氟烃。
This paper describes that chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs), CCl3F(F-11) and CCl2F2(F-12) in seawater are determined by gas chromatography. Seawater samples collected in oceanographic Niskin bottles are transferred into glass syringes for storage until analysis. An aliquot of approximately of 30 ml of seawater is introduced into a glass stripping chamber where the dissolved gases are purged with purified N2 gas, and the evolved CFCs concentrated in the cold trap. The trap is subsequently isolated and heated, and the CFCs are transferred by a carrier gas into a chromatographic separating column.The chlorofluorocarbons (F-11 F-12) peaks are detected by an electron capture detector (ECD) and their areas are integrated digitally. CFCs amounts are calculated using fitted calibration curves, generated by injection of various multiple aliquots of gas standard containing known concentrations of CFCs. This method is rapid, sensitive and high resolution.
