摘要
根据价值工程理论,提出了基于大体积混凝土绝热温升控制的绿色高性能混凝土(GHPC)优化设计的四功能准则。然后运用正交试验设计原理,采用方差分析方法,找出各因素之间的各种合理匹配关系,并用四功能准则进行优化,从而得到最优配合比。实际工程应用结果表明:用该准则得到的最佳配合比,能有效地控制大体积混凝土的绝热温升,保证其高耐久性、优良的工作性与满足设计要求的强度。在高层建筑基础大体积混凝土施工中,正确应用绿色高性能混凝土(包括设计与施工)本文具有一定的参考价值。
Based on the theory of value engineering and control to adiabatic temperature change of mass concrete,it is proposed four-functions principle for design optimization of GHPC.Orthogonal experiment and variance analysis were applied to find out all kinds of responsible proportions between factors and the best one was decided by the principle.The results of its application to actural project showed adiabatic temperature change of mass concrete could be efficiently controlled,excellent workability and compressive strength satisfied with design could be ensured.To some extent,the principle takes on inference for design and construction of the applicaton of GHPC in high-rise buildings.
