摘要
本文对构建农科专业多样化人才培养模式的必要性和可能性进行了阐述,对构建该模式的方法和途径,包括人才培养目标和规格的多样化,课程设置多样化,教学内容多样化,教学方法和手段多样化,师资力量多样化,实践教学模式多样化,教学评价方法多样化等多个方面进行了系统论述。
In the paper the need and possibility of constructing the diversification mode of cultivating agronomy students in university is discussed. The methods and approaches of constructing the diversification mode, including diversification of the goal and standard, curriculum setting, teaching content, teaching method and instrument, diversification of teachers, diversification of the practice teaching mode and teaching evaluation method are systematically studied.
