摘要 外科是依靠手术来治疗疾病的学科.因此从一开始,外科即面临着如何在消除疾病的同时,尽可能减少手术所造成的医源性创伤,亦即保护组织,最终充分恢复机体的功能.这一"消除"与"保护"的关系无时无地不存在于外科治疗之中.而且它不仅涉及手术局部,也影响到全身,包括精神因素在内.可以说:"在任何外科创伤应激状态下,达到和保持最佳的内环境稳定状态"应该是外科所必须遵循的基本原则[1].也可以理解为当前推崇的微创外科的内涵.
