摘要
变电站一次回路开关操作会在高压母线上产生快速瞬态过电压,该过电压会通过电压互感器(PT)或电容式电压互感器(CVT)耦合到二次回路中,从而在二次回路中产生干扰电压。为了预测这个干扰电压,必须获得PT或CVT的宽频传递特性。介绍了一种可测量PT或CVT电压宽频传递特性的时域测量方法,该方法利用sinc信号作为电压源。实测结果表明该方法是有效的。
In substation, the switching operation in the primary circuit will cause the fast transient overvoltage. The fast transient overvoltage can be coupled into the secondary circuit via the potential transformer(PT)or the capacitor voltage transformer(CVT), therefore the interference voltage will be caused in the secondary circuit For the prediction of the interference voltage in the secondary circuit, the wide-frequency transfer characteristic of the PT or CVT must be obtained. The paper presents a time-domain measuring method that can measure the transfer characteristic of the PT or CVT. In the method the sinc signal is the voltage source that will act on the PT or CVT. The measurement result proves that the method is effective.
