摘要
21世纪,生态旅游将成为国际旅游发展的主流,并保持较快的发展速度。但生态旅游在其发展过程中出现了一些问题和负面影响,必须实施可持续发展战略。根据生态旅游的特点、意义及其出现的问题阐述了实现生态旅游可持续发展的内在可能性、社会可行性和现实必要性,提出了实现生态旅游可持续发展的5条对策和措施:必须普及生态环保教育,引导人们科学地认知生态旅游的作用和意义;必须加强法制建设和管理,有效地保证生态旅游的可持续发展;必须严格生态旅游规划设计的科学性,促使生态旅游建立于可持续发展的基础上;要大力发展生态农业,实现生态旅游和生态农业的共同发展;必须全面建设生态城市,发展城市生态游。
As the mainstream of international tourism development in 21st century, eco-tourism has developed in very fast speed, accompanied by many problems and negative effects, which are only to be solved with sustainable development strategy. Based on an analysis of the characteristics, significance of eco-tourism and the problems it produced, this paper expounds the possibility, feasibility and necessity of sustainable development for eco-tourism, for which we offer 5 countermeasures and solutions: to popularize education in ecology and environment protection and cultivate people's awareness of the role and significance of eco-tourism; to strengthen legal construction and management to ensure the sustainable development of eco-tourism; to enforce scientific planning so as to develop eco-tourism on sustainable basis; to encourage eco-agriculture and realize the coordinated development of eco-tourism and eco-agriculture; and to construct full-scale eco-cities and develop eco-tour in urban areas.
