摘要 介绍了一种履带车辆随车扭矩测试系统的工作原理、方案设计和试验结果。通过选择适宜的扭矩传感器 ,设计相应的安装结构和数据采集系统 ,研制出较为完善的随车扭矩测试系统。随车测试结果表明 ,该测试系统方案合理、可行 ,所获得的数据对于分析车辆起步及换挡过程的平稳性、完善自动换挡控制软件等有着重要的意义。 The operating principle, schematic design and experimental investigation of an on board torque measurement system for a tracked vehicle are introduced. The main problems to realize on board torque measurement are the limited mounting space and the formidable working environment. Through choosing proper torque transducer, designing the corresponding installing structure and the hardware and software of a data acquisition system, a whole torque measurement system was formed. The results from an on board test showed that the scheme of the whole system was reasonable and feasible. The acquired data can do much help to the analysis of initial starting and shift process, and make a lot of sense for improving the automatic shift control software.
