肝移植病人FK506血药浓度与肾功能检测指标相关关系探讨 被引量:11

摘要 目的 探讨他克莫司 (FK5 0 6 )血药浓度与尿微量蛋白、血肌酐、血尿素氮等肾功能检测指标之间的相关关系。选择灵敏、准确、及时地反映肾功能损伤的检测指标。方法 ELISA检测FK5 0 6血药浓度 ;速率散射比浊法检测尿微量蛋白 ;酶法检测血尿素氮 ,碱性苦味酸法检测血肌酐 ,动态观察各项检测指标与不同血药浓度的关系。结果 尿微量蛋白、血肌酐、血尿素氮含量与FK5 0 6血药浓度呈直线正相关关系。尿α1微球蛋白 (A1M )及微量白蛋白 (MA)含量与血药浓度呈高度正相关 ,血肌酐、血尿素氮含量与血药浓度相关程度较低。结论 检测尿A1M及MA含量是监测FK5 0 6对肾脏损伤的最为灵敏可靠的指标。 Objective To investigate the relationship between FK506 concentrations and levels of renal functional parameters such as urine microprotein, serum creatinine and serum urea nitrogen etc. to determine one accurate and sensitive index to reveal the effect of FK506 on renal function. Methods The level of FK506 was detected by ELISA, urine microprotein by rate nephelometric immunoturbidimetry, serum creatinine and serum urea nitrogen by the Automatic Biochemical System 7170 A. Results The levels of urine microprotein, serum creatinine and serum urea nitrogen were linearly correlated with FK506 concentrations. A1M and MA were positively correlated to FK506 concentrations. Creatinine and urea nitrogen were not significantly associated with FK506 concentrations. Conclusions Detection of urine A1M and MA levels is very helpful for determination of effect of FK506 on renal function.
