摘要
学费是高校办学经费的主要来源。而巨额学费的拖欠,直接影响到高校的科研、教学活动和各项事业的发展。如何解决收缴学费难的问题,已成为众多高校关注的焦点。剖析了高校学费收缴难的原因,从贷、助、制度建设等三个方面提出了解决问题的建议。
Tuition fee is the main source of the funds for the running of colleges and universities. However, large sums of tuition fee in arrears have directly influenced the development of research, teaching activities and many oth-er undertakings. How to solve this problem has become a main concern of more and more colleges and universities. This article analyzes the reasons why it is difficult to collect and proposes some solutions in the three ways of provi-ding loans, offering job opportunities and laying down efiective administrative regulations.
