钢铁粉尘冷固结球团工艺研究 被引量:18

摘要 针对首钢粉尘进行了冷固结实验研究 ,通过对单种粉尘和混合粉尘的冷固结球团冷态性能的研究 ,得出以下结论 :利用糖浆、水玻璃或水泥作为粘结剂时 ,冷固结球团可作为转炉冷却剂或高炉添加剂使用 ;以水泥、聚乙烯醇与 CMC(羧甲基纤维素钠 )混合液体作粘结剂、并且条件适当的情况下 ,冷固结球团可以作为高炉添加剂使用。 This paper describes cold bonding experiment of dust from Shougang Iron and Steel (Group) Corporation. Based on the investigation on normal temperature properties of cold bonded briquettes of single dust and mixed dust, the results obtained are as follow: when syrup, soluble glass or concrete are adopted as adhesives, cold bonded briquettes may be used as a coolant during converter steelmaking and burden material of blast furnaces; they may also act as additive of blast furnaces in proper conditions, where cold bonded briquettes are jointed with the mixture of concrete, polyethylene alcohol and CMC.
