摘要
人才培养模式是指在一定的教育思想和理念指导下,以人才培养活动为本体,为实现培养目标所设计的某种标准构造样式和运行方式。作为一种过程范畴,它具体体现在对人才培养过程的谋划、设计、建构和管理等环节上,并且具有某种程度的系统性、范型性和可操作性。人才培养模式的构成一般应包括培养目标、培养过程、培养制度、培养评价四个方面。
Talent-trainning pattern is one kind of stardard constitution fashion and function mode in order to reach trainning aims,and Its base is talent-trainning activity.Being a process realm,it is embodied in the plan,design,forming,and management as for talent trainning.In some extent.It is systemic?operational?Talent-trainning pattern is usually made up with four sectors,such as trainning aims,trainning process,trainning in stitution and trainning evaluation.
