摘要
利用电子束技术对添加不同合金化元素的铸造铝合金试样表面进行电子束改性试验研究。就电子束改性前后材料的显微组织、硬度进行分析 ,并对改性层做了磨损试验 ,探讨了改性层的强化机理。结果表明 ,电子束改性使普通铸造铝合金表面组织更加细化 ,并在合金化时出现许多非平衡组织 。
Electron beam modification process were used on the surfaces of cast aluminum alloy samples with various alloying elements. The microstructures and hardness were analyzed before and after electron beam modification. The wear tests of modified surface layers was carried out. The strengthening mechanism has also been studied. The experimental results show the microstructures of modified layers are much finer than that of the base materials,and the number of non-equilibrium microstructures arises after alloying. The effect improves the wear resistance of the modified layers obviously after electron beam modification.
