摘要
以露水草为原料 ,用水提取 ,加澄清剂—大孔树脂法 ,通过重结晶 ,分离出β蜕皮激素 ,经光谱鉴定 ,理化数据分析和标样对照 ,证明是该化合物 .
Cyanotis arachnoidea is extracted with alcohol and water and a compund has been isolated by crystallization.The structure is identified as β-ecdysone by spectroscopic evidemce and physicochemical constants.
