摘要 采用半预聚物法合成了无溶剂、双组分聚氨酯防水涂料 ,对合成预聚物的原料种类、游离 -NCO基含量、扩链剂组分中聚醚多元醇的配比、催化剂、填料等助剂的用量对涂料力学性能及工艺性能的影响作了研究。结果表明 ,当采用m(聚醚多元醇 30 5 0 ) /m(Tdiol 2 0 0 0 )为 60 /40 ,A组分游离基 NCO、填料、紫外线吸收剂、催化剂的质量分数分别为 9%~ 1 0 %、2 0 %~ 30 %、0 .3 %、0 .2 %~ 0 .3 %时 ,涂料的性能较好。 Double compounds and solvent-free waterproof coating based on polyurethane elastomers was prepared by the method of quasi-polymerization.The influences of different kinds of polyols in preparing prepolymer,free NCO group content,amount of catalyst, ratio of various polyols in chain-extender filler and other additives on the mechanical properties of coating were studied.The results indicated that the coating properties were better when free NCO content of component A was 9%-10%, the weight ratio of polyol 3050 to Tdiol-2000 was 60/40, the weight proportion of additive was 20%-30%, the weight ratio of ultraviolet resistant agent was about 0.3 % and the weight proportion of catalyst was 0.2 %-0.3 %.
