具有两种进料流搅拌设备的停留时间分布模型

摘要 根据搅拌容器内的循环流型分析了两种互溶流体进料的循环和宏观混合特性。根据循环流型推导出总停留时间分布叠加规则;求出平均停留时间与两个进料流的循环量和循环时间关系。测定了循环次数,循环时间和容器内的流型;讨论了循环量和分散系数。 A ccording to circulating flow created by the pumping action of the stirrer,the mixing perfor- mance on macroscopic level in a single stage vessel stirred mechanically with two-inlet and one-outlet stream is analyzed and the superpositon rule of the overall residence time distribution(RTD)function is derived rigorously.Based on this rule,the overall average residence time is related with the circula- tion rates and time of two inlet streams.The measurements of the circulation time and the flow pat- terns in single stage vessel with two-inlet and one-outlet stream are carried out experimentally and the circulation rates and dispersion parameters during circulation loops are roughly discussed.
