摘要
首次采用燃烧法在600~800℃下快速合成了Sr2MSiO2O7:Eu2+,Re蓝色新型长余辉材料,合成时间约十分钟,燃烧反应时间约2~3分钟,测试了材料的XRD衍射、激发和发光光谱及余辉亮度.与高温固相法合成此种长余辉材料相比,燃烧法具有反应时间短,制得的产物易粉碎,粒度小,分布均匀等特点,在陶瓷领域具有优异的应用性能.
A new type of blue long afterglow phosphors with a general formula Sr 2 MSi 2 O 7 :Eu 2+ ,Re(M:Alkaline earth;Re:rare earth)have been prepared by combustion technique in the first time.It is indicated by the measurement of XRD that the phosphors is ortho crystal.The same as the sample prepared by solid state.The excitation and emission spectra,afterglow characteristics of the material were measured and investigated.The luminescence comes from typical5d-4f transfer of Eu 2+ .Its emission peak is at475nm and its excitation peak is at356nm.Afterglow lasts over five hours.
