聚丙烯网塞修补耻骨旁切口疝

摘要耻骨旁切口疝(Incisional parapubic hemia)是一种少见的腹壁切口疝,由于人们对其认识不充分,误诊断为腹股沟直疝或混合于普通的腹壁切口疝,导致术后复发[1,2],先前我们曾报道过用聚丙烯网片成功修补的耻骨旁切口疝5例[2],本文报道用聚丙烯网塞修补耻骨旁切口疝3例.
