摘要
应力锁紧式刀具夹紧技术是当前机械加工中实现刀具超高精度夹持的先进技术。根据应力锁紧夹持原理既可制造超细型的刀具加长杆和刀具夹头 ,也可制造用于强力切削的刀具夹头。本文分析、介绍了采用应力锁紧式刀具夹紧技术研制的几种刀具夹头的结构原理。
The cutter clamping technology with stress-lock is the advanced te chnology by which the cutter clamped with super-high-degree of accuracy can be realized at present According to this kind principle not only the ultra-thin extension bar and chuck of cutter can be make, but also the chuck used in abrasi ve machining. At the meantime, the structure principle, performance characterist ic and instructions of cutter chucks applying the cutter clamping technology wit h stress-lock are introduced.
