基于氯化氰与1,3 二甲基巴比妥酸和吡啶 4碳酸在缓冲条件下反应,产生红色络合物的原理,提出了用流动注射光度法(CFA)测定自来水中氰化物。该方法线性范围为0~40.0μg·L-1,精密度和准确度高,检出限为0.002mg·L-1,适用于自来水中微量氰化物的检测。分析频率为30个样品·h-1,特别适合大批样品的测定。
In a buffer medium of pH 6.8~7.5, cyanogen chloride (CNCl) reacts with 1,3-dimethyl barbituric acid and pyridine-4-carbonic acid to give a red colored complex having its absorption maxima at 590nm. Based on this color reaction, an automatic analyzer, using the continuous-flow-injection technique, for the determination of total cyanide was designed and fabricated. Cyanides of any species except that in the form of cobalt complex can be determined. Cyanides bound in complexes were decomposed and transformed into CNCl by reaction with chloramine T, before its injection into the analyzer for the determination. Detection limit of the method was found to be 0.002mg·L^(-1). RSD′s obtained by this analyzer were less than 4%. Rate of sampling was 30 samples per hour. This analyzer is suitable for analysis of relatively large number of water samples.
