沙棘幼苗雌雄植株的酶学鉴别 被引量:3

摘要 本文研究了沙棘叶片中过氧化物酶活性及其同工酶酶谱,找出了雌雄植株在幼苗期的差异规律。结果表明,不同性别植株的过氧化物酶同工酶谱各自有其特征,同时酶活性也有较大差异,运用酶谱图式和活性大小可以作为鉴别沙棘性别的生物化学指标。 Using both poiyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and disc electrophoresis methods, the peroxidase isozyme patterns of the leaves of plants of different sexes in Hippophae rhamnoides are compared. The obtained results indicate that the isozyme patterns between the male and female plant always had one more characteristic band than the male one. Examining the isozymogram of the leaves of the trees of unkmown sex, only two types of peroxidase patterns were found:one agrees with the male, the other agrees with the female, and there are no intermediate types. Experiments performed for 4 years with Hippophae rhamnoides show that peroxidase activity is associated with sexuality. Its activity is highter in the leaves of female plant than those in the male. It is considered that peroxidase activity and isoperoxidase pattern can be used as an enzymatic test to distinguish the sex of an seedling in Hippophaex rhamnoides L.
