多孔阳极氧化铝薄膜的应用进展 被引量:2

摘要 简要介绍了近几年来多孔阳极氧化铝薄膜的应用进展。由于该类薄膜特有的纳米有序孔阵列结构,而被人们用作合成纳米有序结构的模板、制备纳米多孔氧化铝传感器及用于制备纳米电子器件和纳米光电子器件等领域。预计这类薄膜在纳米功能器件制备领域的应用还会进一步拓宽。 This article provides a brief review of developments in application of porous alumina membrane in recent years. Because of its specific structure of periodic nano-array,it has been used fabricating ordered nano-structures and preparing porous sensors, nano-electronic devices and nano-optoelectronic devices wider application of this film can be expected in preparation of functional nanometer devices.
