摘要 采用非接触式高精度电容测微仪和虚拟仪器技术软件平台LabView对滴灌管生产线进行自动测量和控制.高精度电容测微仪将被测几何量信号转换为电压信号,并通过A/D采集板将电压信号传入计算机,然后利用LabView软件中的虚拟仪器、虚拟噪声、虚拟滤波、虚拟信号处理等模块对真实生产线进行实时仿真,直到得到理想的测量和控制结果.虚拟仪器技术具有友好的用户操作界面,操作简单,同时大量节约了试验成本,有效地排除噪声干扰,结合高精度电容测微仪的厚度信号采集系统,充分满足了生产线的检测和控制要求. In order to effectively eliminate the interference of various random noises and properly control the precision of manufacture and drilling hole,high precision capacitance instrument(HPCI)and LabView are adopted to complete the auto-measurement and control.HPCI can convert the geometry change to voltage signal,and transmit it to computers by A/D card.Then the virtual module in LabView,such as virtual instrument,virtual noises,virtual filter,virtual signal,etc,will be used to simulate the real time production line,till the correct measurement and control results are obtained.LabView has a lot of merits,such as friendly interfaces, easy operation,etc.It has saved a lot of experiment cost and has effectively eliminated the interference of intense noises.Combined with the thickness acquisition system by HPCI,the requirements of measurement and the control of production line can be met.
