摘要
1988~1991连续四年在黑龙江省对小麦K、Ven型不育系的回交转育,打破了黑龙江省春麦区只有“T”型胞质不育的局面.实现了新“三系”配套,开拓了小麦杂种优势“多胞质”利用的前景;经测恢表明:黑龙江春麦对新型不育系一般都有恢复能力,但品种间有差异,初测恢复度变化在52%~93%之间。说明K、Ven型新不育系具有恢复源广的特点。新“三系”的配套、为进一步研究打下了基础。
Backcross and transfering breeding of K> Ven type sterile lines were conducted in Heilongjiang Province in the years of 1988- 1991, which was a great breakthrough in the spring wheat producing area with 'T' type cytoplasm sterile situations in Heilongjiang Province. Thus, the completion of new 'trilines' was achieved to creat a new situation of utilization of hybrid vigor of wheat with 'multiple cytoplasms'. It was indicated through the determination of restorer ability to the new type of sterile line, but there are some differences among wheat varieties. The variation in the preliminarily-determined restorer is 52%-93%. This shows that the K. Ven type sterile line is characterized with a wide restorer resource. The perfection of new 'trilines' has laid a solid foundation for the further study.
