摘要
目的 探讨川芎嗪对实验性增殖性玻璃体视网膜病变 (PVR)的疗效。方法 将 30只新西兰大白兔的 6 0只眼随机分为 3组 ,分别在玻璃体腔内注入自血 0 .1ml及生理盐水 0 .1ml、自血 0 .1ml加川芎嗪 0 .2mg、自血 0 .1ml加川芎嗪 0 .5mg ,观察川芎嗪对眼内纤维增生的抑制作用。结果 注入川芎嗪的实验组玻璃体增生较对照组少 ,高浓度组的川芎嗪较低浓度组抑制作用无明显差异。结论 川芎嗪对防治PVR有效 ,本研究为川芎嗪应用于临床提供了依据。
Objective To study the efficacy of tetramethylpyrazine (TMP) in the prevent and treatment of experimental PVR. Methods Thirty New Zealand white rabbits(60 eyes) were randomly divided into three groups. A PVR model was made by the injection of 0.1ml fresh uncoagulated autologous blood into vitreous cavity of rabbit. 0.1ml saline was injected into vitreous cavity in the control group,and 0.2mg and 0.5mg TMP was injected into vitreous cavity in the other two groups separately. The effect of TMP on proliferation in the vitreous cavity was observed. Results The degree of intraocular proliferation in the experiment groups is lower than that in the control group. The effect of anti proliferation had no obvious difference between the higher concentration TMP group and the lower concentration one. Conclusion TMP can arrest the development of PVR effectively and this study may provide a clue to use TMP in the clinical practice.
