摘要
供应商对于制造商的竞争力有深远影响,而供应商评价是一个复杂的多目标决策问题。决策过程中不同的制造商根据自己不同情况对各种准则有不同的偏好。本文首先讨论了不同合作策略下,供应商评价的重要指标;然后提出用逼近于理想解的排序方法(TechniqueforOrderPreferencebySimilaritytoIdealSolution,TOPSIS)和层次分析法(AHP)结合的方法对供应商进行评价。
Suppliers affect the manufacturer' s competition,and how to select supplier is a complex multi-criteria decision problem.According to manufacturer' s situation he will define his preference.In this article some important criteria is defined accord鄄ing to level of buyers-suppliers integration;a method combining TOPSIS and AHP to evaluate suppliers is developed.
