摘要
将致矮力适中且能改善小麦株高结构的半显性矮源D_2用于改良K型不育系,选育半矮秆高产杂交小麦强优势组合,经回交选育半显性矮秆保持系和回交转育不育系,获得一批不育性稳定、具有F_1致矮性的半显性矮秆K型不育系。
To breed semi-dwarf vigour hybrid combination of high-yielding wheat by transfering adaptive dwarf resource D_2, which can improve the ratio of the internode length of plant, into male sterile lines of wheat with Ae. kotschyi cytoplasm. Agroup of incomplete dominance A-lines which could reduce the height of F_1 plants have been obtained by backcrossing with maintainer line of incomplete dominance dwarf plants and the sterility of these A-lines is stable.
