摘要
采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直板电泳法分析了麦长管蚜Macrosiphum avenae(Fabricius)、麦二叉蚜Schizaphis graminum(Randani)、玉米蚜Rhopalosiphum maidis (Fitch)和禾谷缢蚜R.h.padi(L.)酯酶同工酶的变化,结果表明4种蚜虫酶谱均有区别,其差异与它们所处的分类地位相符。禾谷缢蚜、玉米蚜酶带数较为接近,分别为13、14条;麦二叉蚜、麦长管蚜分别为9条和5条。
Polyacrylamid gel electrophoresis was used to examine the esterase isozymes of four cereal aphids including Rhopalosiphum maidis (Fitch), Rh. padi (L.), Macrosiphum avenae (Fabricius), Schizaphis graminum (Randani). The zymograms of the four cereal aphids differ in the mumbers of bands. The zymograms of Rh. maidis with 14 bands and Rh. padi with 13 bands are very similar. The relationship of genetic between the genera Schizaphis Borner (Sch. graminum with 9 bands)and Macrosiphum Passerini (M. avenae with 5 bands) is farther than that of ,Schizaphis and Rhopalosihum Koch. The results also differ from Britain by H. D. Loxdale.
