摘要
目的观察不同能量密度的He-Ne激光照射大鼠肝区后,大鼠肝GSH-PX活性、SOD活性及MDA含量的变化,以探讨低强度He-Ne激光照射对肝组织活性氧自由基和与之相关酶的影响。方法分别用能量密度为2.98、5.97和8.96J/cm2的He-Ne激光照射大鼠肝区,每日照射1次,共照射10次。照射10次后观察大鼠肝组织中GSH-PX活性、SOD活性及MDA含量的变化,并与对照组进行对比。结果He-Ne激光照射组大鼠肝组织中GSH-PX活性、SOD活性较对照组均有不同程度增高,MDA含量有不同程度降低。尤以5.97J/cm2和8.96J/cm2最显著(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论He-Ne激光照射可以增强肝组织清除活性氧自由基的能力,减轻自由基对组织细胞的损害。
Objective To investigate the effects of He - Ne laser irradiation on the liver region of rats for changes in glutathione peroxidase(GSH - PX)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)activities and malondialdehyde(MDA)contents in liver.Methods He - Ne laser with energy density of2.98J /cm 2 ,5.97J /cm 2 and8.96J /cm 2 was employed for irradiation at the liver region of rats,once per day for10times.The changes in GSH - PX and SOD activities and MDA contents in liver were observed.Results It was found that the activity of GSH - PX and SOD in liver tissues of rats markedly rose,while the MDA contents noticeably declined.The effects were most remarkable in5.97J /cm 2 and8.96J /cm 2 groups(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusions The results suggest that He - Ne laser irradiation enhance the ability of antioxidation in liver tissues.
