摘要
本文报道了2个油菜种对水分胁迫的适应方式。研究表明:芥菜型油菜对水分胁迫的适应性强于甘蓝型。其主要原因是由于形态方面的抗旱性,包括发育良好的根系,较厚的蜡质关闭了气孔。同时芥菜型油菜能将其余部分的水分调用到生长区而免遭旱害。甘蓝型油菜叶水势下降快,在相同水势下其相对电导值低于芥菜型。同时还观察了2个种在干旱条件下叶绿体与其基粒的变化。总之,芥菜型具典型的高水势耐旱特性,而甘蓝型具低水势耐旱特性。
The paper reports types of water stress adaptation of two rapese ed. The result showed that Brassica napus L.adaptation to water stress is less than that of B.juncea L., the main reason is due to its moiphologic structure related to drought, including well-developed root system, thicker epictical waxes stomata close. But B.juncea L. can use the water in other parts of the plant to protect growing area from drought. Leaves water potential of rape (B.napus L. ) decreases fast. Relation conductivity of B.napus L. is lower than that of B. juncea L. in the same water potential. The chloroplast and grana have been observed by electric microscope. B.juncea L. type of drought resistance is typical drought tolerance at higher water potential. B.napus L. is drought tolerance at lower water potential.
