脑膜瘤组织中AR、EGFR的表达及其意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的 探讨脑膜瘤中雄激素受体 (androgenreceptor ,AR)、表皮生长因子受体 (epidermalgrowthfactorreceptor ,EGFR)表达的相互关系及意义。方法 应用LSAB免疫组化法检测 3 9例脑膜瘤中AR、EGFR和增殖细胞核抗原 (proliferat ingcellnuclearantigen ,PCNA)蛋白的表达。结果 脑膜瘤中AR、EGFR表达和PCNA标记指数 (PCNALabelingindex ,PCNALI)均随着肿瘤恶性程度增加而升高 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1) ,与肿瘤分级有明显关系。AR、EGFR均与PCNA的表达呈正相关 (r =0 .5 6,P <0 .0 5和r =0 .73 ,P <0 .0 1) ,而且AR表达和EGFR表达基本一致 ,密切相关 (r =0 .5 9,P <0 .0 1)。结论 在脑膜瘤组织中AR和EGFR的表达密切相关 ,二者从不同方面反映细胞的增殖活性 。 Objective To investigate the expression of androgen receptor (AR) and epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR) in meningiomas.Methods The expression of AR,EGFR and proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA) in 39 cases of meningiomas were detected using labeling-streptokinase avidin-biotin(LSAB) immunohistochemistry,and the correlations among them were calculated.Results The AR expression, EGFR expression and PCNA labeling index(PCNA LI) were significantly increased in ascending the degree of malignance of meningiomas and were correlation with pathological grade(P<0.05 or P<0.01).A statistically significant association was found between expression of AR and EGFR(r= 0.59,P<0.01),and these were both significantly correlated with PCNA LI(r= 0.56,P<0.05 and r=0.73,P<0.01).Conclusions The link between EGFR and AR expression may be important in the pathogenesis of meningiomas.The expression of AR and EGFR may represent tumor growth potential.
