摘要 在2 500~4 000 m/min的纺丝速度下制得聚对苯二甲酸丙二醇酯(PTT)预取向丝。研究了预取向丝的主要物性指标和取向结晶性能。分析得出纺丝速度在2 800~3 200 m/min时制得的预取向丝具有适宜于后加工的性能指标。并考察了这一纺丝速度范围所得预取向丝的存放性能和实际加弹情况。 FIT POY were prepared at the spinning speed range of 2 500 - 4 000 m/min. The main physical testing indexes and oriented crystallization performance of PTT POY were studied. It was concluded that the POY produced at the spinning speed range of 2 800 - 3 200 m/min had the performance indexes suitable for post - processing. The resting performance and practical texturing situation of POY gained at the spinning speed range were studied as well.
