摘要
主要对硼化锆的基本性质、粉体的制备、致密体的烧结及其复合陶瓷材料等方面做了较为详细的概述,并对当前硼化锆陶瓷的研究所存在的问题,如高温氧化、强度等提出几点可能的解决办法。
In the present work, some details of ZrB2, including the fundamental properties, preparation of powder and high density sintered ceramics, as well as ceramics matrix composites,are summarized- In addition, some possible methods are suggested to overcome existing shortcomings of ZrB2, such as the relatively low oxidation resistance and strength at high temperature.
