摘要
阐述一种全新的无导轨光笔式三坐标测量系统的光笔结构.采用工作冗余方式3/4[G]进行光笔系统冗余设计,使光笔系统具有一个冗余度以实现系统自标定和挡光自恢复.确定了求解系统自标定最小二乘问题的有效算法.点光源坐标误差为±0.1mm时,光笔系统误差≤0.1mm.采用不同调制频率光可以识别多个点光源.
The structural design of light pen for a space coordinate measuring system without guideway is expounded in detail. 3/4[G] redundancy technique is applied in the design of the light pen system for the realization of self-calibration and self reparation when one light source is deficit for any reason. A self-calibration algorithm is set up through simulation calculations. The error of light pen system is less than 0.1 mm when the coordinate error of point source is (±0.1 mm.) An original way of frequency-recognition that applies light source of different modulation frequencies on the light pen is put forward to identify multi point sources.
