摘要
对 6 0Si2Mn弹簧扁钢进行了疲劳寿命试验。试验结果 ,疲劳寿命达到标准要求 (>8×10 4 次 )。采用化学分析、断口扫描、硬度测定和金相检验等方法 ,对疲劳试验中的断裂件进行了分析。分析结果表明 ,疲劳断裂产生在总成型式试样的同一位置 ,裂源萌生处有夹杂物 ;回火组织中出现少量贝氏体。根据显微组织和硬度检测结果 ,适当调整热处理工艺 。
Fatigue life test was conducted to 60Si2Mn spring flat steel. The experimental results showed that fatigue life fulfilled standard requirements (8×10 4 times). A study was conducted to investigate the fatigue failure of 60Si2Mn spring flat steel by means of chemical analysis, SEM, hardness testing and metallographic examination. It proved that fatigue crack inctialed from the same position of spring layered sample. The inclusions were existed in the crack source zone. The tempered structure had a little bainite. According to microstructure and the results of hardness test, appropriate adjustment of heat treatment could promote fatigue lift of spring steel.
