摘要
[目的 ]探讨HPV - 16、HSV - 2、EBV感染及增殖细胞核抗原表达与宫颈癌的关系。[方法 ]采用免疫组化SP法分别检测 5 4例宫颈癌和 2 0例正常宫颈的HPV - 16、HSV - 2、EBV蛋白及PCNA表达情况。 [结果 ]HPV - 16、HSV - 2、EBV蛋白在宫颈癌组织和正常宫颈表达率分别为 5 7.4 %、38.9%、5 5 .6 %和 5 %、5 %、10 % (P <0 .0 5 ) ;PCNA在宫颈癌和正常宫颈表达率为81.5 %和 15 % (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而且随着宫颈癌病理分级的增高 ,其表达的阳性率也增高 ,强度增强 ;HPV - 16阳性组的PCNA表达高于阴性组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,HSV - 2、EBV阳性组和阴性组的PCNA表达无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;3种病毒混合感染者的PCNA表达均为阳性。 [结论 ]HPV - 16、HSV - 2。
To observe the relationship between infection of HPV-16, HSV-2 , EBV , PCNA expression and cervical carcinoma . The expression of HPV-16, HSV-2 , EBV and PCNA in 54 cervical carcinoma tissues and 20 cervical normal tissues were examined by immunohistchemistry technique. The expression of HPV-16?HSV-2?EBV in cervical carcinoma tissues and cervical normal tissues were 57.4%, 38.9%and55.6%; 5%, 5% and 10%( P <0.05); the expression of PCNA in cervical carcinomas and normal tissues were 81.5%和15%( P <0.05).With the increase of pathology grading, the positive rate increased. The expression of PCNA in HPV-16 positive group was higher than that in HPV-16 negative group. The difference of PCNA expression between HSV , EBV positive group and HSV , EBV negative group was not significant. The expression of PCNA in the cases of 3 viruses infection were positive. [Conclusion] Infection of HPV-16?HSV-2?EBV promoted the occurrence of the cervical carcinoma.
