摘要
C49S和C86S均属温光型核不育小麦材料,在低温短日照条件下不育,在温暖长日照条件下可育。不育性主要受温度影响,光照也起一定作用。其不育基因的表达,主要受隐性核基因控制,初步认定有两对主效基因起作用。经多年观察鉴定,C49S和C86S不育性稳定,不育期长,不育株率和不育度高达100%,育性转换特性好,异交率高,杂种优势强,可以应用两系法生产杂交种子,即在温暖长日照条件下自交繁殖,在低温短日照条件下制种。
C49S and C86S are thermo-photosensitive genie male sterile wheats. They are sterile under lower temperature and shorter daylength but fertile under higher temperature and longer day-length. Their sterity is influenced by temperature mainly and light also affects it. The sterile expression are mainly controlled by recessive nuclear genes which are considered tobe two pairs of major genes preliminarily. G49S and C86S have many advantages such as1. the stable sterility; 2. a long sterile period; 3. 100% sterile rate and degree, 4. fine fertility transformation; 5. high crossing rate, e, remarkable hybrid vigor. They can be used for hybrid seed production under lower temperature and shorter daylength and selfed-propagation under higher temperature and longer day length, So hybrid seed of wheat can be produced by 'two line' system for field cultivation.
