摘要
分析了我国企业运用网络招聘 (通常称为“电子招聘”)的条件 :网络的发展 ,尤其是人才网站的发展 ;企业信息化水平的提高 ;社会对电子招聘的广泛认同等问题。讨论了企业运用电子招聘的制约因素 :人才网站的规范管理 ;网络安全 ;企业信息化水平的进一步提高。
An analysis is made of the conditions for the application of electronic employment in China's enterprises:the development of network,and particularly,the development of talent websites;the improved level of informationization in enterprises;and wide social acceptance of electronic employment.Then,a discussion is made of the limitations to the application of electronic employment in China's enterprises:standard management of talent websites;network security;and further improvement of imformationization in enterprises.Finally,an explorative discussion is made of the strategies for the application of electronic employment in China's enterprises.
