摘要
我国当前存在民营企业对策行为普遍化的现象,主要是源于民营企业主对私有产权保护的不确定性预期,企业地位不平等的现实和政府职能定位的不合理。只有通过进一步完善市场经济的法律体系,实现市场经济中政府职能的转换,才能有效扼制对策行为普遍化,促进我国民营经济的大力发展。
Nowadays, there exists a widespread phenomenon in our country which the countermeasures are popular among private enterprises. This phenomenon msinly stems from the following factors:the uncertain anticipation of private enterprisers towards the right to protec private property; the unequal status of enterprises and the irrational orientation of government's function.Such popular phenomenon can'-not die away and the national economy can'-not have make any further development unless the law system concerning market economy has been perfected, and the functions of government have been successfully transformed in market economy.
