摘要
风骨作为中国古典文艺学美学的一个重要范畴,文艺学美学的意蕴至魏晋才得以生成。风和骨是两个概念,风是指文学的抒情性,骨是指刚健有力的语言。这两者结合才具有美的意义。风骨与气的关系非常密切,气化育了风骨的情感性和美感力量。气就是风骨。“骨气端翔,音情顿挫,光英朗练”是风骨的审美标准,它是刚健壮大美感力量的代用语。风骨与西方美学的崇高在内涵上有相近之处,两者的差异也非常明显。
Grace - and - vigor, an important category in classical Chinese studies of literature and art and aesthetics , did not formulate its implications in the two fields until the Wei and Jin dynasties. Grace and vigor are in effect two concepts, the former referring to the poeticism of literature, and the latter the power and strength of language . Only when the two concepts are combined do they possess an aesthetic meaning. Grace - and - vigor has a close affinity to qi which nurtures the emotionality and aesthetic power of the former. Qi is grade - and - vigor. 'Dignified bearing, cadent rhyme, and scintillating luster mark the aesthetic criteria of grace - and - vigor; it is a substitute for the aesthetic power of grandeur and robustness. Grace - and - vigor is similar in its connotations to the concept of sublimity in Western aesthetic, yet differences between the two are also easy to notice.
