摘要
目的:探讨健康促进与大学生运动行为和认知的相关性。方法:应用自制学生认知行为问卷,对分层整群随机抽取的1190名大学生(男603名,女587名;城市640名,乡村555名)进行调查。调查内容包括“是否同意锻炼是一种健康的生活方式”,“是否爱好体育运动”,“近3月是否每周参加3次以上超过30min以至出汗、心跳加快的有氧运动”,“是否擅长体育运动”等。对有效卷进行统计分析。结果:男生运动兴趣、运动行为及“擅长体育运动”的自我评价均明显高于女生(U=10.27,13.56,11.77;P均<0.01);乡村学生运动行为显著高于城市学生(U=62.5;P<0.01);大学生运动认知行为及自我评价存在年级间显著差异(χ2=4.12~24.84;P均<0.01),且随年级升高而下降。结论:大学生运动认知行为之间存在较大的差距。女生、高年级及城市学生是运动行为的重点干预对象。
AIM:To explore the correlation of health promotion to the exercise and cognit ive behaviour in college students. METHODS:A total of 1 190 college students(603 males,587 females;640 from city , 555 from country) were selected randomly,and were investigated by using the se lf- made cognitive behaviour questionnaire,which included“ whether exercises w as a healthy life pattern” , “ be interested in sports or not” , “ whether h ad taken the aerobic exercised with sweat and rapid heartbeat over 30 min,3 time s a week during the latest 3 months” , “ be good at sports or not” .Valid que stionnaires were analyzed statistically. RESULTS:The self- evaluation on interest in sports,exercise behaviour and“ be good at sports” of male students were significantly higher than those of fem ale students( U=10.27,13.56,11.77,P< 0.01) , those of country students were si gnificantly higher than those of city students (U=62.5,P< 0.01).The exercise and cognitive behaviour and self- evaluation were significantly different among di fferent grade in college students( ÷ 2=4.12-24.84,P< 0.01) ,those of higher grade were lower than those of lower grade. CONCLUSION:There are significant differences between the exercise and cogniti ve behaviour in college students.Female,high grade college students and those fr om city are the important intervention objects of exercise behaviour.
